Once you’re regulated, you can rebuild your approach to leadership. This is where EQ becomes your tactical weapon. It’s about social awareness and relationship management. It’s about knowing how to "read the room" when priorities collide. AI can't do that. It can't sense the tension in a Zoom call or the unspoken fear during a restructuring.
3. Rise (The Purpose Shyft)
This is where you find your alignment. Why are you doing what you’re doing? When you align your leadership with your purpose, you become unfuckwithable. You lead with a clarity that inspires others to follow, not because they have to, but because they believe in the vision.

I’ve spent 22 years in the Air Force, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that leadership is a human game.
