  1. The 30-Second Body Scan: Close your eyes and scan from your head to your toes. Where are you holding tension? Just noticing it is the first step to releasing it.
  2. The Box Breath: Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. Do this three times before your next meeting. It’s like a "reset" button for your nervous system!
