Somatic Healing

Your body keeps the score. Let’s help it let go. Somatic healing is a body-centered approach that recognizes the deep connection between mind and body, and it sits at the heart of how I coach. Through guided movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, we tune into physical sensations, release stored tension, and build a deeper awareness of how your body holds stress. Movement practices help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom. In this category I share what I’ve learned as a somatic coach trained in Compassionate Inquiry, the gentle, trauma-informed approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté. You’ll find posts on nervous system regulation, rest and recovery, boundaries, and finding your way out of fight-or-flight. If sitting still feels impossible, start small with the Just Breathe meditations inside the 34-Minute Mindful Method, or take my free Breathwork Assessment. For high performers who feel “on” all the time, my elite private mentorship pairs strategy with somatic integration. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Coaching complements professional care rather than replacing it, so think of this as a space for support, resilience, and wellbeing. You don’t need more information. You need integration. Stop surviving and start thriving.
